The Zoho CRM AI Assistant answers pipeline questions from your deals: totals by stage and owner, the forecast for the month or quarter, and the deals lost and why.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
The weekly meeting asks how much is open by stage, what is likely to close this quarter and why last month’s deals were lost. The answer is in Zoho CRM, but each question means building or editing a report, and the totals never show which deals behind them need a closer look.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You ask in plain words. It computes counts and totals over your deals, grouped by up to three fields such as stage, owner and lead source, and lists the deals that need a look.
These requests only read. If you want to keep a list for the team, it can save it as a public custom view in Zoho CRM, and only after you approve.

use cases
“Which deals are set to close this quarter? Show amount, probability and expected revenue, totals by owner, and flag deals whose closing date has passed or whose probability does not match the stage.”
“Review the deals we lost last quarter. Group them by loss reason, by the stage they were lost at and by owner, and list the ones with no reason recorded.”
“Show open deals closing this quarter by stage and by owner, with the deal count and total amount for each.”
faq
No. It answers one question at a time in the side panel. It does not draw charts, build dashboards or send scheduled reports. Use it for the question a report does not answer yet, then keep the report you use every week.
No. Pipeline requests read your deals and show totals and lists. The only things it can write here are a public custom view or a saved note, and only when you ask and approve.
From the fields your deals hold: Amount, Stage, Probability, Expected Revenue, Closing Date and Deal Owner. It does not predict anything beyond what those fields say.
The totals are as good as the deals behind them. A deal with an old closing date or an amount nobody updated is counted as it stands. That is why each request also lists the deals worth checking.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
