Weekly usage
Your week begins with your first request and runs seven days. At the limit, new requests pause until it resets. No overage charges.
MCP connector
The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each. CRM calls pause at the limit until the next billing period. Knowledge calls don’t count. No overage charges. An account can start up to 120 CRM calls a minute and run 8 at once across its AI clients.
