The Zoho CRM AI Assistant checks a campaign or list for contacts marked Email Opt Out, or with the unsubscribe tag your team uses, before you export it. Once you approve, it removes them from the campaign, or removes the tag from them.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
A contact asked to stop getting emails, and the Email Opt Out box is ticked on the record. But this week’s list was built a month ago, and the spreadsheet you hand over does not have the column. Nobody checks every row before the send.
the solution
Tell the assistant which list you are about to use: a Zoho CRM Campaign, or a file of emails you attach. Name any tag your org uses for unsubscribes.
Check the contacts in the Spring webinar campaign for Email Opt Out and the tag Unsubscribed. After I confirm, remove them from the campaign.
It reads the contacts and leads on the list and shows the ones with Email Opt Out ticked or the tag you named, with which of the two it found.
When you approve, it removes them from the campaign, or removes the tag you name from them. For an attached file, it lists the rows to take out before you export. It does not delete contacts and does not change Email Opt Out.

faq
It removes the contacts from the campaign, or removes one tag from them, after you approve. Removing a contact from a campaign also clears its member status there. Contact fields, including Email Opt Out, are not edited.
No. It does not tick or clear Email Opt Out unless you ask for that in a separate request. This check only takes opted-out people off the list you are about to use.
The members of the campaign you name, or the emails in the file you attach, and on each matching contact or lead its Email Opt Out field and tags. It does not read your email tool.
Name it in the request: a tag, a picklist value or a custom checkbox. The assistant checks the field exists before it searches.
It can only see what Zoho CRM holds. If an unsubscribe from your email tool was never synced back, or a person is on the list under a different email than their contact record, it will not catch them.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. This use case has not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
