What is the Zoho CRM AI Assistant?
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
Will it change my contacts?
Only what you approve. For audiences it adds or removes tags, or creates a public custom view. Contact, account and deal fields are not edited unless you ask for it.
Why tags and not a spreadsheet?
A tag keeps the list inside Zoho CRM, where you can filter on it, export it or hand it to your email tool. The assistant reuses the tag names your org already has, so you do not end up with near-duplicates.
Can it be wrong?
It matches on the values your CRM holds. If one account says Logistics and another says Freight, it treats them as different unless you name both. Check the matched values it shows before you approve.
Will it work on my Zoho CRM edition?
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
