The Zoho CRM AI Assistant lists open deals that have stayed in their current stage longer than the number of days you set, with owner and days in stage. Once you approve, it creates a review task for each owner.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
The pipeline report shows plenty of deals in late stages. Some of them got there in spring and have not moved since. Zoho CRM shows the stage a deal is in now, but not at a glance how long it has been there, so the stuck ones look the same as the ones that moved in last week.
the solution
Say how many days in one stage is too long:
Find open deals that have been in their current stage for more than 30 days. Show stage, days in stage and owner. After I confirm, create a review task for each owner.
The assistant reads your open Deals, then reads each deal’s audit timeline (the record of who changed which field and when) to find when Stage last changed. It works through the deals in batches and lists the ones over your limit with deal, stage, days in stage and owner.
Nothing is written until you approve. Then it creates one review task per owner, listing that owner’s stuck deals. Deals and stages are not changed.

faq
No. It creates review tasks for deal owners, and only after you approve. Stages, amounts and closing dates are not edited.
From each deal’s audit timeline: it finds the most recent change to Stage and counts the days since.
It depends on stage changes being recorded in the timeline. If a deal never changed stage, was imported, or its history does not reach back to the last stage change, it is listed as "no stage change found" rather than given a guessed number.
It reads one deal’s timeline at a time and works through them in batches, so a very large pipeline takes a while. You can narrow the request to one stage, one owner or one pipeline.
A deal that is moving in real life but whose stage was never updated looks stuck. Check the list, and talk to the owner before you change anything on the deal.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. This use case has not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
