What is the Zoho CRM AI Assistant?
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
Will it change my deals?
Only what you approve. Most requests here create review tasks for deal owners. It updates a deal field, such as Closing Date, only when you give the new value, and links a contact to a deal only with the role you name.
How does it know how long a deal has been in a stage?
It reads each deal’s audit timeline, the history of who changed which field and when, and finds the last change to Stage. If your CRM has no recorded stage change for a deal, it says so instead of guessing.
Can it be wrong?
It works from what your CRM recorded. A deal that is moving in real life but was never updated looks stuck, and activity that was never logged is invisible to it. Review each list before you approve.
Will it work on my Zoho CRM edition?
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
