What is the Zoho CRM AI Assistant?
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
Will it close deals by itself?
No. It changes a deal’s stage only when you ask and approve the change. For old pipeline it shows a review list, and you choose which deals to close, keep or reassign.
Does it delete anything?
No. Leftover tasks are marked completed, not deleted. If you ever ask it to delete records, they go to the Zoho CRM recycle bin, where they stay for 60 days and can be restored.
Can it decide why a deal was lost?
No. You give the reason; it records it. It can show you the deal’s recent notes and activities to help you remember, but the reason is yours.
Will it work on my Zoho CRM edition?
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
