Frequently Asked Questions
Will it change my team’s tasks?
Only the ones you pick and approve. It does not reschedule or close tasks in bulk on its own. Changing more than 20 records at once asks for a final confirmation.
Can it assign tasks to other people on my team?
Yes, if your Zoho profile allows you to. It creates the task with the owner you name, after you approve. It can do only what your profile is allowed to do.
What does it read in my CRM?
Tasks with their owner, due date, status and related deal, account or contact; meetings; and the deals and leads the tasks belong to.
Can it be wrong?
It works from what the CRM recorded. A task done but never marked complete looks overdue. Ask the owner before you close it.
Will it work on my Zoho CRM edition?
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
