The Zoho CRM AI Assistant finds the leads and contacts you name and shows which are already members of the campaign. Once you approve, it links them to the Zoho CRM Campaign with the member status you choose, such as Invited or Attended.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
The event has a Campaign in Zoho CRM, but no members, or only the people invited weeks ago. The attendance list is a spreadsheet of emails. Linking each person to the campaign by hand, with the right status, is the step that gets skipped.
the solution
Attach the attendee list, paste the emails, or describe the people, and name the campaign and the status:
Add these attendees to the Autumn Roundtable campaign with status Attended. Match them by email against leads and contacts.
The assistant finds each person among your Leads and Contacts, and reads the campaign’s current members. It shows who it will add, who is already a member and gets the new status, and who it could not find.
When you approve, it links them to the Campaign with the member status. People it could not find are left out; ask in a separate request if you want them created as new leads.

use cases
“Add these attendees to the Autumn Roundtable campaign with status Attended. Match them by email against leads and contacts, and tell me who is already a member. (Attached attendees.csv)”
“In the Harbor Expo campaign, find members with status Requested demo who have no open task or upcoming meeting. Group them by owner. After I confirm, create a task for each one to book the demo, due tomorrow.”
“Here is the badge list from Harbor Expo (attached CSV). Map the columns to Lead fields and check each row by email against existing leads and contacts. After I confirm, create only the new leads, with Lead Source Trade Show, and add them to the Harbor Expo campaign as Attended.”
faq
No. It only adds the link between each person and the campaign, with its member status. Lead and contact fields are not edited, and no record is created or deleted.
The list you attach or paste, the leads and contacts that match it, and the campaign’s current members. Files can be CSV or XLSX, or the emails pasted as text.
The status you name, such as Invited, Sent, Attended or Requested demo. Use the same wording your team already uses, so your campaign reports stay consistent.
Yes. A person who is already a member gets the new status you set, and the plan shows them separately before you approve.
It matches on the email or fields you give. If an attendee signed up with a different email than the one in your CRM, it will not find them and lists them as not found. Check that list before you approve.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. This use case has not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
