What is the Zoho CRM AI Assistant?
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
Which files can I attach?
CSV and XLSX spreadsheets. You attach the file in the side panel with your request.
How big a file can it import?
Up to 100 new records and 200 updates per request. A larger file is imported in several requests, each with its own plan and approval.
Will it overwrite what is already in the CRM?
Not unless you say so. Each use case says how it treats existing records; the contact import fills only empty fields by default.
Will it work on my Zoho CRM edition?
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
