What is the Zoho CRM AI Assistant?

A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.

What does it read?

Your Quotes, with their stage, Grand Total, Valid Till date and owner, and the deals, accounts, tasks, calls and meetings they relate to. It reads only what your Zoho profile can see.

Will it change my quotes?

Not in these use cases. They create follow-up tasks, or update a deal’s Amount for the deals you pick. Quote stages, line items, prices and Valid Till dates are not edited unless you ask for it.

Does it create PDFs or send quotes?

No. It reads and updates records; it does not produce a quote PDF. It can send one email from your own Zoho-approved address, without attachments, and sending always asks you to confirm.

Can it be wrong?

It works from what your CRM recorded. A quote discussed on the phone but never logged looks untouched. Review every list before you approve.

Will it work on my Zoho CRM edition?

It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. The Quotes module is available only in some Zoho CRM editions. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
