Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Zoho CRM AI Assistant?
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
Will it change prices?
Only the prices you name, and only after you approve. It shows each product with the old and new value first. It does not invent prices or work out new ones on its own.
Can I give it a price list as a file?
Yes. You can attach an XLSX or CSV file in the side panel. It reads the rows, matches them to your products by the name or product code you say, and shows the matches before anything is written. Rows it cannot match are listed for you to check.
Can it be wrong?
Yes, when a row in your list matches the wrong product, for example two products with similar names. Match by product code where you have one, and check the list before you approve.
Will it work on my Zoho CRM edition?
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. Products and Price Books may not be available in every Zoho CRM edition. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
